My responsabilities:

  • Client portfolio management (i.e. Caviar House & Prunier, Kronenbourg, PrivatAir, Nespresso, Olympic Museum, etc.)

  • Preparation of final reports and client presentations

  • Development & planning of training programs and other events

  • Developed the Proficiency in Hospitality Management (PHM) diploma, as well as, new Winter Programme for GMs, which was implemented shortly after my departure

  • New project development tracking

Consulting projects (missions):

  • Business plans, New concept developments (F&B, hoteles, other)

  • Market research, competitive analysis, feasibility studies & valuations

  • Process optimizations, critical path analysis, GANTT

  • Re-eingineering

  • Mystery shopping, quality assurance

  • Ad-hoc hospitality projectsFormulation, research and implementation

Executive Education Programmes

  • Manage Summer Programme 2006 and 2007 (increased sales by 30%)

  • Creation of Winter Programme for GMs

  • Creation of Proficiency in Hospitality Management diploma (PHM)

  • Creating and delivery of tailor-made training programmes

  • **  in charge of managing  from A-Z: handling all enquiries, analyze applications & accept/reject candidates, sourcing lecturers, engineer the programme & select topics on annual basis, sourcing lecturers, as well as, all Marketing & Sales planning & implementation (PR, advertising, website, collaterals, etc.), negotiate corporate deals with hotels & other providers, day to day logistics (F&B, housekeeping, welcome & departure cocktails, certificate ceremonies, etc.)
